Hi,
we are currently using a 3rd party software for the warehouse management and activities. our NAV takes the order and pushes it to this application for Warehouse activities.once the order is shipped the information is synced back to NAV.
while I was exploring possibility to use NAV native Warehouse module hit a roadblock.
from the Purchase Order, when I clicked on "Create Whse. receipt", nothing happened. how can I enable this functionality?

Believe the answer on the employee must be set up as a warehouse employee is correct. We have had to set up various people for the functions that they work within
I think if the user is not a Warehouse Employee then NAV will throw a genuine Error instead of like nothing will happen I beleif.

first thing to check if you are setup as Warehouse Employee for the location you use.

I believe you are using Advance Warehouse Management.
Make sure your Setup is all correct.
