Could not connect to Microsoft Office Outlook

We have a few users who cannot connect to Outlook through the Navision 2013 RTC. The error message: Unable to cast COM object of Type 'Microsoft .Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass' to interface type'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{#####}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).

    Hi Roberto,

Where you able to find anything about this? We are also getting this error.

    Thanks.

After investigation I recommended to repair resp, uninstall/install office.

For my customer this solved the issue.

    Hello

Repair of office 2010 also worked for our client.  Issue started after uninstalling NAV 2009.  We installed NAV 2013 for testing/go live and the problem started after uninstalling the previous NAV 2009 client.

Reinstalling NAV 2013 did not work but the office repair fixed the issue.
