Environment hosted in Azure using LCS - Cannot connect to remote computer

Hi,

I created an environment in Azure using LCS and deployment status is complete, though not able to connect to the environment using remote desktop with error: Do we need to configure anything else?

Error: Remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons

1) remote access to the server is not enabled

2) The remote computer is turned off

3) The remote Computer is not available on the network

    Hi Dileep,

    Probably a firewall or proxy setting is blocking access. You can try to set the endpoint ports in Azure for this VM to the value 3389.

    It is also possible that the Windows license of the VM has expired. Then restart the machine and rearm the Windows license.

    How to rearm or even check if the VM has expired Windows licence if you cannot connect to VM....?

    If you search on internet, you will have some results: "rearm windows server".
