NuGet Package not available on D365 Package (VS 2017)

Hi Team,

Need help on how can I execute "Get-Package -ListAvailable" in a D365 Package solution.

I've created a D365 package in VS 2017. When I execute "Get-Package -ListAvailable" in Package Manager Console, it gives me error "Project 'Default' is not found". If I close the solution, I can successfully run the code.

Anyone can help? Thanks!
