BYOD full push fails

Hi

For a customer we are facing an issue with the full push

We have a job, using 3 custom entities and 5 standard entities

If I do a complete cleanup and manually execute the job, everything works fine, but when the job is executed as a scheduled batch, it fails to push data to 1-2-3 legal entities, never the same entities.

I have a feeling that the data is not 'deleted' before the push and therefore there might be a 'insert' issue, but how do I check

should 'Change tracking' be off on the entities if we want to make full-push?

The execution log does not provide much help 

Any hints ?

    Hi,

    I am not able to understand what do you mean by 1-2-3 legal entities. Without the error details, it is very difficult to help you. If you are doing full push then you can stop the change tracking. another option instead of full push why not use incremental push, it will perform better unless entities have limitations.

    1-2-3 means that it fails for 1 or 2 or 3 legal entities every time, but never the same legal entities

    The only error I can see is 'Failed to copy from Staging to target' - not much help

    the solution is to turn off change tracking if you only do full push

    Hello Steen, 

    Full push should not relevant with change tracking, if you suspect delete action in BYOD cause this issue, when BYOD job run you can go to BYOD and check running query and see if there is any blocking.
