Hi,

When I try to edit an existing knowledge article I get the following error:

"One or more of the option values for this picklist are not in the range of allowed values".

With the folliwing errordetails:

But this doesn't tell me which optionset is wrong so I don't know where to search for the optionset. When I create a new article and try to edit it after I created it, it all goes well and it doesn't give an error.

Does someone have an idea on how to fix this?

Kind regards,

Fouad Kada

    Kind regards,

    Hi partner,

Is there any custom plug-in or JS code on Knowledge Article entity?

If not, please check the status of the uneditable article and  see if other articles with the same state can be edited.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
