Hi,

But this doesn't tell me which optionset is wrong so I don't know where to search for the optionset. When I create a new article and try to edit it after I created it, it all goes well and it doesn't give an error.

Does someone have an idea on how to fix this?

Kind regards,

Fouad Kada

    Hi partner,

Is there any custom plug-in or JS code on Knowledge Article entity?

If not, please check the status of the uneditable article and  see if other articles with the same state can be edited.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

    Hi,

I had contact with Microsoft today and they said it's a Microsoft issue so they are looking into it at the moment.

Thank you for you time anyway!
