After Syncing For Offline Access All Screens Are Blank

I have enabled my user for offline access. I have done an initial sync to the mobile device but since the sync all the entity screens are blank. Anyone know what is going on here. I have attached screenshots of the offline screen and an example entity screen. If I don't use offline access the screens work fine.

    Well it seems after deleting the app and signing in again a few times it magically started to work. Go Figure.
