Alternative for scoring Options in MS forms pro

Hi All,

Earlier in Voice of Customer (survey) we have scoring option for every question. Now MS has deprecated the Voice of Customer and replaced it Forms Pro,

Does we have an option for scoring for each questions in Forms Pro like as we have in Voice of customer? If not do we have an alternative for scoring options? 

Do we have any reason why there is no scoring options in Forms PRO

    Hi,

     

    As far as I know, there is no option for scoring for each questions in Forms Pro. Seems there are not alternative ways to achieve it.

     

    If possible, could you please raise your valuable idea in https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/? It is a channel to reach the Dynamics 365 CRM product team directly. They are glad to hear the voice from the customer and make design change based on how many users require this change. Thank you.

    While wanting customer feedback through surveys, scoring options are a great help. Microsoft Forms Pro is a powerful feedback management solution, but if you don't find scoring options in it, you can check out some additional tools.

    Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a popular feature that helps solve your problem. GroHawk might be an additional tool, apart from Voice of Customer & Microsoft Forms Pro, that will help you out.
