Time Register 2016 i could not see all the users oly few r displayed :(

Hi im Using nav 2016 .. i want to see the user who have loged in and time usage .. when i see in that time register i could not find only few users eg if they are 10 users it displays 2 or 3 users only , but the remaining users have also loged .. because of that i could not conclude the user time in msd.. Kindly help.. awaiting for ur response.. thankz in advance:)

Hi Cindrella,

To have information in NAV about time register for user you need to have settings for users - Register time

Hi Tatiana,

thz for ur reply , I have given setups also the Boolean in the user setup table and also in general ledger setup still i face the issues, only few users entries are captured not all

Hi Cindrella,

You will see registers for user when they will close there session after settings.

And also you can check Session list

Hi Tatiana ... the sessions are only the people who are active in that moment.. i m asking about how many users have loged in for that date to examine the timesheet ..

Hi Cindrella,

You are right, for time sheets you need to use time register,

if you set up it for users you will see registers for user when they will close there session after settings.

hi tai..

I have given the all the setups , they were pretty 20 users who have loged in also but for a particular date oly two users are available in time register whereas they were many users who have loged in.. what to be done in this case
