    For that you Could Make

1- New security Role And take all the privilege's For the user and paste in the new role from the old one

2- then you customize this role from the AOT and find the button you want to remove the select the button From action panel as a INVISIBLE

After that the button will be removed for the user that have the NEW ROLE we made .

    Hi,

If you need to disable some buttons , you can achieve this by using security role

for example: if you remove "create role" from one of security roles , so the assigned user can't see "New" button from the entity.

the same way for assign button also, and so on.

in another way, you can work with ribbon workbench to set the enable rule for each button (for example, by using js and attach it in enable rule) for reference: blog.magnetismsolutions.com/.../how-to-use-enable-rules-in-dynamics-365-with-the-ribbon-workbench

    Hi:

There is no OOB way to do this. You can use Ribbon Workbench to load the entity and hide the correspond button.
