You need to tell us following things before answer

    1. Is that happening to all users or specific user?
    2. Which PO report is this? Confirmation, Picking, Packling, Invoice?
    3. Can you see the data in form/inquiries, which is a source of data for report

Alright if the roles assigned to users are same on DEV and Live servers, re-open you report in Visual Studio on Live server and redeploy it.

are there any customizations in this this report? if yes, what are those? any conditions to show hide fields on SSRS?

Roles are same even admin access cannot see...yes there are customization and no hide fields

delete report RDL File from reporting server (URL) and re-import the report project on live. Deploy Element

then Open it with Visual Studio, on live, rebuild and redeploy.

Also make sure configuration of AX is same in DEV and Live. a field may not being hided because of disabling any configuration key.

Yet, I am unable to think any other solid reason for this behavior

    Hi Jaleel,

Check the tick box 'Purchase order prices/amount' on the Vendor ('Purchase order defaults' fast tab), which determines if prices and amounts should be printed on the purchase order.

I think the setting on the Vendor defaults from the Procurement and sourcing parameter with the same name.

    Hi Jaleel,

It could be related to setup.

You can enable the option 'Purchase order prices/amount' on the vendor. To have it enabled per vendor by default you can also enable this option on the Procurement and sourcing parameters.

If it is not enabled on the vendor the unit price and amount are not printed.

    Hi Guy,

    Same time... same answer :)

Thanks André for reminding something, which was out of my mind.

In addition, If that is the case, enabling parameter will not be effective on old/historical records.

For old/historical records it needs fix in table manually or by query

Thank you, but Its not working yet. I have tried both the options

    1) Enable in parameter

    2) Redeployed the report in Live environment.

When I preview in Visual studio its showing but when I print through the PO its not.

any help is appreciated. if you have can share screen to my skype : erp.jaleel
