Submit button for PO nor visible to New User Role created for Business user

A new user role created for Business user doesnt have submit button for the PO that he has created. PO is in Draft state . Please help in resolving it

This seems permission issue for submit, have you granted permission for PO submission?

Specific Privilege need to added to user role or through Policy setup ?

Do i need to include PurchAgreementWorkflowSubmitMaintain privilege to user role .

Hi Rakshith KS,

can you please check if change management is turned on in the Procurement and sourcing parameter?

Navigation path: Procurement and sourcing -> Setup -> Procurement ans sourcing parameters -General - Active change management

I see.

That it seems privilege issue. "PurchAgreementWorkflowSubmitMaintain" this privilege is for Purchase Agreement not for PO.

Are you creating PO from Purchase Agreement or Is it directly from PO screen.

Hi Rakshith KS,

Did you check what Sourav suggested, This is the Privileges "Process workflow tasks for purchase order header" under "maintain purchase order" duties to submit Purchase Order.
