Is there a way to prevent this pop up every time we make a Click To Call? It's always asking us to choose an application every time we click the Click To Call button.

Hi Ramon,

I think the popup comes from the security behavior of the browser, not the designed behavior of the default configuration of click-to-call in MS Dynamics.

Have you tried another browser? This question should be related to browser site security.

We already tried that, but it still keeps on popping up, is this a designed behavior with the default configuration of the Click To Call in MS Dynamics?

Hi partner,

Have you tried ''always allow''? Or have you tried using privacy mode?

I think this may be related to site permission, but it seems that there is no setting for opening the link.

Can you click on the on the "Always Allow" check box then select your app. so that it will make this default app for your pc probably.
