Thanks for your question.
Actually the "Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration Role" is a security role in Salesforce, not in D365.

In D365, "System Administrator" is the highest level for security role, so it's enough. You should have the "Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration" role in salesforce when you configure the marketing cloud in salesfoce.

So if I am just setting this up for D365, do I need to do anything in Salesforce?
