I have installed Zetadoc Express
But I have a problem with the page 9041209 - Zetadocs Rel. Docs. Page Part, because send me the following message when I want to open it.
"The page contains a control add-in that is not permited. Contact your system administrator"
Do you have any idea about the error? What is missing to install or configure?

This morning I tried again and it don’t have that problem, I don’t know why…
First I run the page nr: 9041210 then i edit the fields and import the Zetadocs configuration correctly.
Attention, in Italian Installation Guide is written to run the page nr: 9041209, instead in the English Installation Guide nr: 9041210

i have the same problem with NAV2013 with ThreeTier configuration.
I have the add-in zetadocs folder in:
- PC-CLIENT: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\ZetadocsCaptureAddin
and i copied add-in zetadocs folder in:
- PC-SERVER: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\Service\Add-ins\ZetadocsCaptureAddin
I reboot the service RTC, but the issue remains.

Hello,
Please check that the following folder exists on your PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\ZetadocsCaptureAddin
If not, locate the folder in the Zetadocs Express installation files (\Zetadocs Express Client\RTC_PATH\Add-ins\ZetadocsCaptureAddin) and copy to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins.
Please also note that you must be using NAV 2009 R2.
