We are using an email connector solution from Salesforce that we recently upgraded. After the upgrade, the Settings pane from the menu is no longer visible. I don't see any errors from the application that points as to why. Restoring the database corrects the issue. I thought it might be messing up server roles in some way, but that doesn't seem to be the case either. Has anyone else seen this happen or know how to correct it. We also have the vendor involved, but they say they have not seen this before and are investigating.
