Hello Community,
I have set up a survey in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice to be used as the post conversation survey for live chat in Omnichannel. I have selected the option to insert the survey in the conversation. When testing the run time experience of the post conversation survey, I notice my "First Name" variable from my survey is not being dynamically populated from the customer contact I am chatting with during the live chat. Is there a way to make this work?
