We are implementing AX 2009. We need to send a high volume of sales order acknowledgements, shipping and tracking notifications, invoices, AR statements, etc to customers. Some customers want to receive the documents as a pdf attachment to email and others want to receive them as a fax. In some instances, there will be several AX documents combined into one pdf or fax (i.e. several invoices to the same customer on the same day are combined into one pdf or fax).
Has anyone found a solution to this requirement?
