Hi Haveed,
If you have selected a past worker, you can use the button Employment history to create a new employment.
Additional you can use the Worker position assignments button to create a new assignment.
From the recruitment process it is also possible to rehire workers. There were some issues in the past. Some fixes can be found on LCS issue search like: KB3036896 "Cannot rehire a past worker from recruitment process"
