I keep getting error code 0x80040264 when granting permissions to Dynamics 365 Omnichannel and Virtual Power Agent.
I'm logged in as admin and have configured everything according to the documentation I have found online.
The end goal is to have a Virtual Power Agent chat bot on the website where customers can ask for a live agent. Then it will forwards customers to the chat room where agents and chat with the customer.
Does anyone know how to properly configure this setup?
Did provisioning was successful?
