Error when configuring Virtual Power Agent with Dynamics Omnichannel chat integration

I keep getting error code 0x80040264 when granting permissions to Dynamics 365 Omnichannel and Virtual Power Agent.

I'm logged in as admin and have configured everything according to the documentation I have found online.

The end goal is to have a Virtual Power Agent chat bot on the website where customers can ask for a live agent. Then it will forwards customers to the chat room where agents and chat with the customer.

Does anyone know how to properly configure this setup?

    I found the error in troubleshoot document, which need you active soluntion before using them.
