Hi There

i am not able to change customer's preferred date in Sales Order Line as it seems this filed is disabled.

Could you please advise what could be the reason ?

Hello Vijay Kumar,

I don't have a 'preferred date' field in my sales order lines.

Is this a customized field that somebody from your company's development team added?

Can you possibly share a screenprint so that we can compare in detail?
