Setup Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial and Operation on premises Environment)

I did all steps required as per Microsoft D 365 on premises deployment guide document ( docs.microsoft.com/.../setup-deploy-on-premises-pu12 )

This was done for 4 times and all steps in each trial give status “completed successfully”

but the last step ( Deploy your Finance and Operations (on-premises) environment from LCS
did not complete nor even returned any error to follow up and correct

I do not even find any note how to check if it is really deploying or not
