An email arrives in the mailbox of email@contoso.pl, then this email is forwarded on to email2@contoso.pl. When messages drop directly into the email2@contoso.pl mailbox I can see them in Dynamics 365 but when the email is a forwarded message the messages do not appear in Dynamics 365.
What could be the problem ? This is normal behaviour ?

The forwarded message doesn't show up in Dynamics 365, so can it be found in the email2 mailbox? Is the email2 email address receiving this email?
Could you track it manually to Dynamics 365 if it in the email2 mailbox?
You can check 'Email' tab in Personal Settings:
