Can we hide fields on RECORD INFO -> SHOW ALL FIELDS form based on role?

I have the requirement to hide couple of fields on show all fields form which is generated by class. We can open this form by VENDTABLE/CUSTTABLE -> OPTIONS (ACTION PANE) -> RECORD INFO -> SHOW ALL FIELDS

I have to do this based on a role of the user.

Hi,

Hi,

You can refer to this blog: https://alexdmeyer.com/2019/07/08/field-level-security-in-dynamics-365-for-finance-operations/. if you want to be more granular than allowing access to a particular form then field level security is the way to go. The idea of field level security is to restrict a users access to individual fields on a form.
