Create Output Order Automatically for Shipment Process

Hi guys im currently new to the warehouse/advance warehouse stuff, so I want to figure out whether we can make output order/inventory order is auto created by system or not?

The process we currently face is create transfer order and do shipment based on transfer order :

we create transfer order (i notice during this creation process there is no output order created, need to create output order manually form transfer order line > output order) then we create shipment. When we create shipment for this transfer order without creating output order first, then we will face error "No output order match criteria". So i figured out we need to create this output order manually from transfer order everytime we want to do shipment.

Is there anyway to make output order created auto by system when we create transfer order?

Or is it standard practice?
