    Hi Sony,

You should change the value of weight in the Excel  to the current values in the AX  and then import into AX.

This error is due to difference in the Weight.

You can write a simple logic to get the weight of single item and multiply with the total items and then upload it to AX.

    It should Resolve your error.

    Regards,

    AXTechie2120

Hi Andre, yes there was a mismatch in the quantity. In the report from the excel is quantity is 1166 and the weight of it is 1872.70 but in the Inventory Transactions the CW or Catch Weight is 1123.90 and I think that's the amount that would trigger to the posting. What should I do with that?

Hi Ludwig the process would be the data was uploaded by excel to AX as Reported as Finished. After the journal uploaded I validated it and then post and the error will pop up

    Hi Sony  Boy,

Can you check the inventory transactions behind this production order? Do you see any record or mismatch in quantity?

    Hi,

What production step and journal do you post?

Can you share details of the production especially in regards with how many units the order was started, reported as finished, etc.

Please also have a look at similar threads posted in this forum.

    Thanks,

    Ludwig
