How to uninstall ISV on devBox and Sandbox/Production environment ?

Hello,

I have find ressources on how to install ISV on this different environments from scratch but i didn't find an explicit explaination on how to remove the ISV from there ?

What should i do ? What are the steps for each environment ?

And what if i wanna re-install the same ISV it is different from the first installation ?

    Hi Awaxx,
     
    To remove from a Dev Environment, assuming you are using cloud hosted environments, its as simple as deleting the folders from the PackagesLocalDirectory, and restarting services.
     
    To remove from Tier 2+ requires modification of your Deployable package. When you generate your deployable package, hopefully via a build pipeline, you need to manually add a file called ModuleToRemove.txt to the folder package\AOSService\Scripts. In the file, put the name of each module that you want to remove on a separate line.
     
    The documentation for removal is here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/deployment/uninstall-deployable-package. Pay close attention to the prerequisites to ensure your removal is successful.
     
    To reinstall the same ISV again, the process is no different to the initial install.

    In addition to what Anthony wrote, be aware that if you have important data in the ISV tables, the data will be lost if you delete the whole solution.
