Upgrading 2015 7.0.0 to 7.0.3 Error

We are in the incremental process of updating from Dynamics 2011 to 365 On Prem. We have successfully updated our organization from 2011 => 2013 => 2015 base. We ran into issues when updating that base 2015 7.0.0 to 7.0.3. The error is as follows:

There are no primary or candidate keys in the referenced table 'dbo.OpportunityProductBase' that match the referencing column list in the foreign key 'opportunityproduct_parent_opportunityproduct'.

The table OpportunityProductBase does have a primary key that the key is attempting to get based on, so we are unsure of why this error would be happening. We have tried starting from scratch and re-converted the 2013 to 2015, we have tried repairing the 2015 install and running again. Same error every time. Can some provide any insights?

Is there anything else in the event logs? What version of SQL are you using?

We started down this path and got errors. Our DBA eventually saw that the Index on the primary key, that was being used in the FK, was actually disabled somehow. They re-enabled it and we started the 7.0.3 upgrade it everything went smooth.

Have you tried applying all the version 7 hotfixes , even though they are meant to be cumulative updates I have in the past had issues where you have to go through certain version in order for the upgrades to work.

You might want to try applying the 7.0.1, 7.0.2 patches first to see if they work
