In timeline of opportunity form User profile image replace with another custom field image.
When we create the new custom image field on user entity then in timeline the primary field image(user profile) replace with custom field image when we the upload image in custom field.
Although we have set Primary Image to "Entity image" and not to "Custom field image".
I have created new custom image field on user entity with the name "Sign" as per below screenshot:
When we upload image in this field the entity image(primary image) replace with custom image field in timeline for email activity records. As shown in below screenshots.

We want after uploading the image in custom field the entity image should not replace with custom field image in timeline. As show in above example.
Any help will be appreciated!

Please check if the custom image field is set as the primary image.
