Dear Experts,

Our Production posted wrong value in picking slip and production order status is ended.How to change or edit the wrong value in picking slip??.

Dear Shabir ,

It seems you want to change proposed and actual qty in posted journal which is not possible in the case of Ended production orders. Incorrect proposed qty will not impact stock or its valuation but you have consumed 850 qty more than actual. Which not only brings down stock qty but also value along with it.

Ended production orders can not be reversed , You are left with the option of inventory adjustment at the last value inventory has been deducted. This will only bring back the stock along with value.

If you have integrated accounting for inventory based transaction than you need to make adjustment from closing and recalculation adjustment and run recalculation again on the same day of posted picking list entry .

The first image is Production Order which picking slip is wrongly posted, the second image is pick journal and the third image is that journal line in the line consumption and Proposal Column, i want to change the value for instance in proposal column value is 2774 it should be 2700 and consumption column 2850 must be 2000 instaed.

Hi Shabir,

As Guy mentioned, once Production order is ended, we are too late for correction on production order data. Is there any business value add in correcting this date? The only option would probably would be to inventory adjustments (inbound at same date (wrong) and outbound at correct date) but there you run into risk of creating issues with cost (inbound / outbound).

But don't get your hopes up! Production orders with the status Ended cannot be amended.
