Hi All,
We have 2 compounded discount on 1 item. The item original price is $129.
First discount is price discount, we set the discount price to be $89
Second discount is percentage discount at 20%
Both discount are enabled and have a valid period. We pushed the discount to the POS.
But when we input the item in the POS, it only getting the first discount only, even though we have input the second discount code:
We are using AX 2012 CU 7 and we don't have any customization in this area in the POS.
Any idea as to why this is happened? or anything we can check?
