Outlook Integration in Field Service

Hi everyone,

When work order is assigned to the field technician, Is it possible to send a mail or message in teams app or schedule a meeting in them?

I have referred this one:https://community.dynamics.com/365/fieldservice/b/d365fieldservicecloudfronts/posts/outlook-integration-with-field-service-for-dynamics-365. But that synchronization option is already deprecated. Can anyone help me?

    You could simply use Power Automate and create a Flow that - upon creation of a booking - queries the resource's contact details and then sends any desired kind of notification.

    There is a workflow shipped with field service to get you started

    My suggestion is also using Power Automate "When a new email arrives" trigger to create a flow.

    If you're using the Field Service Mobile App, then you can use the MObile Push Notification and also expose Exchange Calendar there.  There they can see the bookings AND other appointments.
