    Hi jimbo hou,

Can you check the default price that is set up for the item that is included in line 6 or your PO?

Also check possible price agreements with this vendor and whether a wrong price or price unit has been set up.

It seems that the price or price unit is set up wrong and that people need to correct it manually.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi jimbo hou,

Do I understand that correctly that you can't identify more than a single purchase order confirmation journal that documents the changes made?

Can this be the case because it is an IC-purchase order or because of a system modification/data manipulation that has been made?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig Reinhard,

Thank you for your reply again. I think it is a bug. because I tested all the situation I can do. but I can't replicate this problem. It is not an intercompany order and we have not modification on purchase order.I have faced this problem three times during five years.every time,I have to change incorrect amount in tables.

    Hi jimbo hou,

You might be right with the bug.

What AX2012 version do you operate (r2/r3, cu7/8/9...)?

Have you checked the available hotfixes on LCS and/or if you run on an older AX2012 version, have you thought about upgrading to a more recent cu?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
