How I can post services in NAV (I don't mean a service management)? I want servise in purchase and sale documents.

I don't like G/L Account, because my employees are not accountans and they don't know GL Accounts.

    You can use Charge (Item) in Purchase if yor entry is Charge and you can use Resources in Sale (you need to set General Posting Setup).

    I rarely use Charge in purchase document. I need standard service option.

    You need Resources in purchasing, if I understand you?

    If this is true, you need customization. Go to Mibuso link: www.mibuso.com/howtoinfo.asp

    You can eventualy use Items with marking Inventory Value Zero field.
