Is it possible to show the embedded survey question on automated surveys?

Hi Customer Voice team,

I've been researching for the possibility of embedding the survey question within my surveys. I've been testing some email templates as well as some survey templates.

Above you can see that you have the ability to embed the survey question. However, this does not save within the email template I can use within Microsoft flow or any other source.

Within the flow, even though I can choose the email template and the associated survey, the "embed survey question" resets or does not save to the email template.

Please advise if there are any workarounds or if there is something missing within my steps.

- please make sure you explicitly save the template after you embed the first question. If it still does not show, please contact us at customervoice@microsoft.com
