I have a URL content (Sharepoint path of  a pdf file) which is passed on a form.

I need to print the content of this URL directly to Printer/screen without opening it to new browser.

Let me know if anyone knows how to implement this.

I have the same question (0)

    When you say Printer/screen what exactly do you mean?

    Do you want to display it in the same browser tab where D365FO was, replacing your D365FO session?

    Yes, I need to print this URL in the same browser tab.

    I'm not sure if you can tell the system to navigate away from D365FO and in some external address, while staying on the same browser tab.

    But, here's how to open an URL in a different tab:

    Browser br = new Browser();
    br.navigate("www.google.com");

    Without navigating to the new browser I need to show the URL content in the same page of D365FO.

    When you say "in the same page of D365FO" do you mean that it should be embedded inside D365FO UI?

    That's a completely different requirement than what we discussed above. But for that you can check how the DocuRef form (that shows the attachment) is working. There it shows a preview of the document, embedded in D365FO form.

    And, for printing the PDF, I did some web searches and found many helpful articles. Try to search for "dynamics 365 operations x++ print pdf".
