We are upgrading our CRM from 2011 to 2016 on prem. I am unable to find any Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 2016 mobile application on google play. The only one available is of 365 and it does not work with my 2016 organization. Can anyone please help me in this regard,

Hello FareehaCh,

The Mobile application you would want to install would be Dynamics 365 for Phones.

As far as supportability. This should be able to connect to your 2016 organization without issues:

docs.microsoft.com/.../support

Dynamics 365 for phones requires and can only connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 (online) or later (Windows Phone*, iPhone, and Android) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises) or later (Windows Phone, iPhone, Android).

If you are receiving specific errors I would suggest opening up a Dynamics support request for Microsoft to assist.
