Customer card YTD figure

YTD means sales in current financial year. Why does the figure in customer card underYTD not represent this. It is total sales from date of going live with this system in 03/2013

    the (correct) starting date is missing in the filter.

    As Jonathan mentioned starting date is missing in the filters. What you can do is ask your partners to do the modification for you.
