I see that change log makes no entries when chnage or insert was made by codeunit. Is it an error? How to find who made this change?

Change-log only make entries for manual changes and this is a standard.
If you want to update the change-log also when the record is changed by codeunit you have to make customization. Look at: mibuso.com/.../viewtopic.php
