Hi, I am trying to setup automatic quality inspection creation for sales return order.
But I've come across an issue that the system is blocking post return receipt and claimed that an inspection QI-26-100066,1 is the reason that block the receipt.
This transaction was blocked because the quality inspection QI-26-100066,1 has the result of QC-HOLD for item P1CK14RAX4P2N with tracking GCBSM260623/23-01, which is configured to disallow the transaction "Sale". You can change whether this transaction is allowed by navigating to Quality Inspection Results.
But from my quality inspection list
QI-26-100066,1 does not even exist but only QI-26-100066,0.
So, I'm assuming that the system creates the inspection before posting return receipt and validate through that new inspection.
Followed by since return receipt does not succeed and roll back the inspection it creates automatically.
My setup has no issues when comes to automatically creating quality inspection for Production Order, Item Reclassification, Assembly Order, but only Sales Return Order.
Below is my setup:
Quality Management 
Quality Inspection Generation Rule.
Intent: Sales return.
Table No: 37.
Table Name: Sales Line.
Activation Trigger: Automatic or Manual.
Sales Return Trigger: When Sales Return is Receipt.
Location:
Require Receipt: Off.
Require Put-Away: Off.
We post receipt directly from purchase order, and sales return order.
