I have read up on different types of discounts in Retail module. I would like to ask if these discounts can be applied on traditional sales orders. We have been working with normal Trade Agreement discounts just fine. But now they require to add new deals for customers. Is it possible to use Retail module discounts in normal sales order creation?
The scenario that we need to achieve is as follows.
If the sales order contains three distinct items (from a specific group) the customer takes 2% discount on each item.
If the sales order contains five distinct items (from a specific group) the customer takes 4% discount on each item.
We want to handle these conditions using some system feature. We already have an alternative to customize the calculation and put a discount amount on each line through some code.
