Hi

Is it possible to use purchasing policies (or something similar) to control what field changes to a p/order force a workflow approval trigger.

i.e. changing the purchase order delivery date - is it possible to stop this from going through approval?

We don't want every change to an order to go through workflow unnecessarily.

Hi,

You can specify conditions that define when a workflow runs.

Have you tried using those workflow conditions?

Can that go down to field level - i.e. workflow always runs....unless triggered because of 'delivery date' or 'external reference' changes?
