Some of the users from our client received following Business Process Error while trying to save a customer journey.
Did anyone experience this too? And if how did you solve it?

I double checked my security roles and we are using the standard ones for Marketing (Marketing Manager Business/Professional) etc and I got those.
I am working with 2 clients and in the first secnario it is when saving the CJ and the second scenario is when trying to save a form. Which is weird since I got those default marketing security roles. A colleague with system admin rights was able to save the form for example.
Any ideas?

Hi,
This error message is displayed when the security role of the currently logged in user is missing the relevant privileges for the corresponding entity.
As the error message in your screenshot is collapsed, I can't determine the exact privilege, but based on your description, it would appear that the creation privilege for the Customer Journey entity is missing.
Please refer to the following documentation to grant the proper privilege to the security role of the users.
