In sales & marketing while qualifying the leads it will redirect to customer forms there system is picking record type as organisation and not letting me to change it as person,
can any please help me on this?

Hello Andre,

Like directly we are creating Leads and qualifying it as an Opportunity and Customer later we are converting Sales Quote into Sales Order. So I need a Clarification that do I need to create any other forms before a Lead.

You can not Edit the record type. because you do not create a new customer

It should allow us to select either person or organisation after qualifying the lead.

Hi Varsan,

Can you provide the steps possibly supported with screenshots what you are doing exactly when qualifying a lead? Do you always needs to have a person or sometimes also an organization type?
