I have created a survey in Customer Voice and sent out invites. The survey as well as survey invites are reflected in CRM. However, responses aren’t coming.
Previously I was created 2 surveys. From those surveys responses are coming but if I create any new survey and submit response, that time response not coming into CRM.

Hi, did you ever find the resolution to this? I edited an existing customer voice survey and now the responses are not reflecting on the CRM. The surveys I had previously are still showing their responses on the CRM.
