how to stop auto price override on changing ship request date in sales order

I have entered price manually for a sales order.

then if i am changing ship request date, it is changing price to default value.

is there any setup to stop this.

Hi Akshay,

Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Setup > Accounts Receivable Parameters > Updates

Click on "Update order lines" to open the "update order lines" form.

In here you can set what happens to order lines when certain information is changes on the order header (Note that if you were to change your delivery dates on the order lines the prices would not update).

If you have settings to prompt you will get the following screen:

You will have to tick the "Update ship and receipt dates" to take dates from the header and apply it to the lines.

You also have the option to Update prices and discounts: Update all, Keep all or Evaluate each line.

Hi Matthew, is there any additional parameter to ENABLE this radio buttons of "UPDATE PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ENTERED MANUALLY OR BY EXTERNAL DOCUMENT", the screen you mentioned displays, but the options are DISABLE, do you know why?

Hi Melvin,

Unfortunately I am unable to replicate the issue you have.

It may be best to get a developer to investigate the code to see what is causing these fields to be un-editable for you.
