Hi everybody,

I'm having an error message in Works Order when doing the final report as finished: "Quantity ordered cannot be reduced because there are not enough open stock transactions with the ordered status".

The Status of the order is Started and the Remain status is Ended.

The order is with By-products and some of the Received by-coproducts are not available already, because they were consumed.

I can not finish the order.

I will appreciate your suggestions.

Many thanks and regards.

Isabel.

    Hi IPO10,

The error seems to state, you are trying to report more quantities than what's on the production orders. Can you check the quantities between what's on the order and how much you are trying to report as finished.

In addition, go to production order > inventory transactions to see how much do you actually have on Ordered status.

    Thanks,

    Satish Panwar
