I understand that the Contracts entity has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release. We have used this entity extensively for years and need a way to at least view historical Contract records while we transition to Entitlements. I transitioned our sandbox environment to Unified Interface, but can't figure out how to add Contracts to navigation or related views, such as Related items on the main Account form. In my customizations, the Contracts are published for both the Service site navigator and in the Service section of the Account form navigation. However, I simply can't get them to show up in any navigation pane. I am only able to find Contract records by doing an Advanced Find.

Has anyone figured out how to view Contracts or navigate to them in the Unified Interface?

Also, has anyone else dealt with migrating historical Contract information into Entitlements?

Hi Partner,

That's true that Contract entity has been deprecated in UCI and cannot be access the contract record in UCI. You have to use the Entitlement instead.

Thank you Akash. At least we can still find them using Advanced Find. I also successfully tested that I can export all of our Contracts and then import them into the Entitlements entity fairly easily.
