Project Budget commitment release on cancellation of PO

Hello Champs !

Need your help regarding project budgeting.

Background: When we make a purchase requisition from the project, the project budget gets committed. Subsequently, when we make a PO from that requisition and confirm it, the commitment is released.

Question : How can we remove the commitment when instead of confirming the PO, we have to CANCEL it?
The PO has been cancelled, but the commitment has not been released. I don't seem to find any option.

Please suggest.

Thanks and regards,

Ahmed Nurullah.

Update: I cancelled one of the PO Lines and it re-opened one of the Purchase Requisition lines.  I cancelled the Purchase Requisition Line and it un-committed the Project Budget funds and they became available again in Remaining Funds.
