Sales Tax on Sales Prepayment

Has anyone found a way to incorporate sales tax amounts on a sales prepayment? 
The item sale amount does NOT include the tax, it is calculated separately.
So, if the prepayment generated does not include the tax, the customer has to submit an additional payment after shipping.
Thoughts?

    The item sale amount does NOT include the tax, it is calculated separately.
     
    Do you mean that you don't use the tax engine in Business Central to calculate tax, but you have a separate line item for tax on the sales order? If that's the case, you can simply have a prepayment amount for this tax line as well.
